- You must be at least 18 years of age to register, or have parental consent for minor applications.

3. eKYC Consent:
By using our services, you authorize PAN Yojana to use your Aadhaar number for Aadhaar-based eKYC verification as required by regulatory authorities.

4. Communication Consent:
You agree to receive communications from PAN Yojana via SMS, Email, RCS, and WhatsApp regarding your applications and services.

5. Fees:
Service fees are displayed at the time of application. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability:
PAN Yojana shall not be liable for delays caused by government authorities, technical issues beyond our control, or incorrect information provided by users.

7. Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

8. Changes:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
